Yogyakarta Special Region Food Prices, Tuesday (September 3rd): What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on the food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday (3/9/2024) at 12:19 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 5 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are bulk cooking oil, premium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic cloves, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as granulated sugar, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, chicken eggs, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Garlic cloves saw the highest price increase of Rp410 (1.17%) to Rp35,350 per kg. Red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,950 (7.42%) to Rp24,340 per kg.
