Today's Food Prices (Jan 14) in Bali: Onions Up, Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (January 14, 2026) at 4:45 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are bulk granulated sugar and Honan garlic.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as imported soybeans, curly red chili, large red chili, and red bird's eye chili decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Honan garlic commodity surged the highest by Rp389 (1.11%) to Rp35,472 per kg. The price of red bird's eye chili decreased the most by Rp1,611 (4.16%) to Rp37,111 per kg.
