Daily Prices of Premium Quality Granulated Sugar at Traditional Markets in Bengkulu Province Increased by 2.98% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 2:44 PM WIB, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets in Bengkulu Province has not changed compared to the previous day or the last week.

However, compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp18,450.

Meanwhile, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets in Bengkulu over the past three months has increased by 1.06% from the previous trading price of Rp18,800.

The record high for the daily price of premium granulated sugar in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in January 2021 with an increase of 28.27%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in November 2017 with a decrease of -23.19%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Bengkulu show three commodities decreased and 19 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Red Chili, Fresh Layer Eggs, and Chicken Eggs.
