Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Saturday, March 9, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (9/3/2024) at 13:38 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, iodized fine salt, dry soybean (import), mackerel fish, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as curly red chilies, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices surged the highest by Rp1,500 (2.64%) to Rp58,360 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna decreased the most by Rp210 (0.75%) to Rp27,910 per kg.
