Bali's Food Prices Today: What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (5/9/2024) at 10:01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, premium rice, milkfish, medium rice, and dry soybeans (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp1,670 (4.61%) to Rp37,920 per kg. Curly red chili prices decreased the most sharply by Rp3,380 (11.53%) to Rp25,930 per kg.
