Lampung Daily Food Price List: Chili, Rice, and Salt Prices Increase (Friday, February 16, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (16/2/2024) at 12:39 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, red chili peppers, iodized fine salt, bulk wheat flour, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, farmer-level corn, broiler chicken meat, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili peppers saw the highest price increase of Rp7,370 (15.12%) to Rp56,110 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of skipjack tuna saw the lowest decrease of Rp390 (1.39%) to Rp27,670 per kg.

5. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp34,070 per kg (down 0.09%)
6. Mackerel: Rp32,960 per kg (unchanged)
7. Red Onion: Rp29,820 per kg (up 2.72%)
8. Milkfish: Rp28,250 per kg (down 0.25%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp28,130 per kg (up 2.74%)
10. Skipjack Tuna: Rp27,670 per kg (down 1.39%)
11. Granulated Sugar: Rp17,020 per kg (unchanged)
