Lampung Region's Current Food Prices: Rice Up, Chilies Down

The price of several food commodities in Lampung today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (23/6/2024) at 13.37 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, medium rice, chicken eggs, SPHP rice, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, dry soybean (import), red chilies, chicken meat, and pure beef have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most, by Rp180 (0.67%) to Rp27,220 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili prices decreased the most, by Rp4,190 (7.65%) to Rp50,550 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 21 food commodities in Lampung according to Bapanas on June 23, 2024, at 13.37 WIB.
