Latest Food Prices in West Java: Onion, Salt, and Rice Prices Down

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (24/9/2025) at 12:48 PM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 7 increased and 15 decreased.

Commodities with price increases are medium rice, garlic (whole bulb), premium rice, bulk wheat flour, and consumption sugar.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as red bird''s eye chili, shallots, Minyakita, broiler eggs, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Premium rice commodity saw the highest jump of Rp91 (0.61%) to Rp15,071 per kg. Meanwhile, large red chili prices dropped the most by Rp2,109 (3.51%) to Rp57,926 per kg.

5. Red Bird''s Eye Chili: Rp42,093 per kg (down 0.92%)

7. Broiler Chicken Meat: Rp40,154 per kg (down 0.17%)
