Today's Food Prices in Bali on March 17: Bird's Eye Chili Up, Red Chili Down

Several food commodity prices in Bali today were observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (March 17, 2026) at 1:56 PM WIB, of the 16 commodities, 7 increased and 1 decreased.

The commodities that saw price increases are Honan garlic, large red chili, bulk palm cooking oil, shallots, and red bird's eye chili.

Meanwhile, only curly red chili decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Red bird's eye chili prices jumped the highest by Rp5,803 (6.31%) to Rp97,741 per kg. Curly red chili prices fell the steepest by Rp148 (0.35%) to Rp41,926 per kg.

9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,145 per liter (unchanged)
