Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Chili Up, Salt Down (Friday, February 23, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be lower than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (23/2/2024) at 10:26 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken, red chilies, pure beef, and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, premium rice, granulated sugar, iodized fine salt, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, up by Rp5,170 (8.29%) to Rp67,540 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna saw the lowest decrease, down Rp2,210 (6.8%) to Rp30,310 per kg.
