Complete List of Food Prices in North Sumatra Today, What's the Price of Onions? (Saturday, January 20, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in North Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (20/1/2024) at 10:22 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, garlic bulbs, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, medium rice, chicken eggs, curly red chilies, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was livestock-level corn, up Rp2,450 (36.95%) to Rp9,080 per kg. The largest price decrease was milkfish, down Rp3,900 (10.74%) to Rp32,400 per kg.
