Current Food Prices in Aceh Region: Prices of Chilies, Cooking Oil, and Rice Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (6/9/2024) at 11:11 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, granulated sugar, shallots, dry soybeans (import), and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium-grain rice, Indian mackerel, broiler eggs, premium rice, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna saw the highest increase, up by Rp850 (3.13%) to Rp28,040 per kg. Broiler eggs experienced the largest price decrease, down Rp200 (0.77%) to Rp25,680 per kg.
