The daily price of garlic in Maluku Province's traditional markets has decreased by 5.79% over the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 11:44 WIB, the daily price of garlic in traditional markets in Maluku Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor in the last week.

Regarding the price over the last month, the daily price of garlic in traditional markets has decreased from the previous record of Rp47,500.

Meanwhile, the daily price of garlic in traditional markets in Maluku over the last three months has fallen by 11.65%. According to historical food price records in the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of garlic in traditional markets in Maluku Province is traded at Rp50,650.

The record high for the daily price of garlic in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in February 2020 with an increase of 23.68%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in May 2019 with a decrease of -17.88%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Maluku show seven commodities decreased and five increased. Basic commodities with price decreases are: Super I Quality Rice, Medium-Sized Garlic, Inferior Quality II Rice, Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1, Curly Red Chili, Quality 2 Beef, and Fresh Broiler Chicken.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to price changes over the last month in Maluku Province:

5. Medium I Quality Rice per Kg Rp18,000/kg (unchanged)
6. Premium Quality Sugar per Kg Rp18,500/kg (unchanged)
7. Medium II Quality Rice per Kg Rp17,200/kg (unchanged)
8. Inferior Quality II Rice per Kg Rp16,700/kg (down 2.05%)
9. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 per Kg Rp20,750/kg (up 4.01%)
10. Medium-Sized Shallot per Kg Rp65,900/kg (up 21.14%)
11. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per Kg Rp20,850/kg (down 22.35%)
12. Curly Red Chili per Kg Rp54,000/kg (down 13.6%)
