Food Prices Today (03/12) in East Java: Bird's Eye Chili Up, Red Chili Down

Prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (3/12/2025) at 17:39 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 5 increased and 1 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include curly red chili, bird's eye chili, broiler eggs, broiler chicken meat, and shallots.

Meanwhile, only large red chili decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Bird's eye chili recorded the highest increase of Rp6,273 (10.0%) to Rp69,000 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of large red chili decreased the most by Rp409 (0.88%) to Rp46,136 per kg.
