Current Food Prices in Lampung: Prices of Rice, Sugar, and Chicken Down

The price of several food commodities in Lampung today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (8/7/2024) at 13.41 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, curly red chilies, milkfish, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and garlic cloves.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, skipjack tuna, premium rice, medium rice, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp810 (3.02%) to Rp27,660 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of bulk cooking oil decreased the most by Rp270 (1.75%) to Rp15,200 per liter.
