The Realization Rate of the Health Budget in Handling Covid-19 is the Lowest

The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) recorded that the realization of the budget for handling Covid-19 and national economic recovery (PEN) reached Rp 226.63 trillion until June 18, 2021. This figure represents 32.4% of the total budget of Rp 688.43 trillion.

Of this amount, the realization of the budget for the health program was only Rp 39.55 trillion, or 22.9% of its allocation of Rp 172.84 trillion. This percentage is the lowest compared to other programs.

The realization of the budget for the UMKM and corporate support program was recorded at Rp 48.05 trillion. This amount reached 24.8% of the allocated budget of Rp 193.74 trillion.

Furthermore, the realization of the budget for priority programs reached Rp 38.1 trillion. This amount is equivalent to 29.8% of its allocated budget of Rp 127.85 trillion.

The realization of the budget for social protection programs reached Rp 64.91 trillion. This amount is equivalent to 43.8% of the allocated budget of Rp 148.27 trillion.

Meanwhile, the realization of the budget for business incentives reached Rp 36.02 trillion. This budget absorption was the highest, reaching 63.5% of its allocation of Rp 56.73 trillion.
