Indonesia Food Prices Tuesday (November 26th): What's the Price of Onions?

Prices of several food commodities in Indonesia today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday (26/11/2024) at 14.10 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), livestock-grade corn, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, premium rice, red chilies, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Livestock-grade corn experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp100 (1.68%) to Rp6,050 per kg. Red chilies saw the sharpest price drop, down by Rp90 (0.23%) to Rp38,440 per kg.
