Bali's Daily Food Prices: Egg Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (19/11/2024) at 11:12 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), chicken eggs, red chilies, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, fine iodized salt, mackerel, curly red chilies, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Dry soybean (import) experienced the highest price increase of Rp200 (1.87%) to Rp10,910 per kg. Meanwhile, curly red chilies saw the largest price decrease of Rp420 (2.27%) to Rp18,100 per kg.
