Food Prices in Jambi on Saturday (June 22nd): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

Food prices in Jambi today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Saturday (22/6/2024) at 14.01 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price were bulk cooking oil, medium rice, chicken eggs, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, mackerel, garlic bulbs, premium rice, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp1,460 (5.41%) to Rp28,460 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most sharply by Rp4,940 (8.33%) to Rp54,340 per kg.
