Daily Prices of Super II Quality Rice at Traditional Markets in DKI Jakarta Province Increased by 0.6% in the Last Month

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 4:44 PM WIB, the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets in DKI Jakarta Province has not changed compared to the previous day, nor in the last week.

However, compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp16,550.

Meanwhile, the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets in DKI Jakarta over the last three months has increased by 0.3% from the previously recorded price of Rp16,600.

The record high for the daily price of Super II quality rice in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in May 2023 with an increase of 4.83%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in April 2023 with a decrease of -5.43%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in DKI Jakarta show three commodities decreased and 22 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Beef, Grade 2 Beef, and Local Sugar.

The following are the prices of nine basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the last month in DKI Jakarta Province:

6. Chili per Kg Rp75,200/kg (up 7.66%)
7. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 per Kg Rp22,950/kg (unchanged)
8. Rice per Kg Rp15,450/kg (up 2.66%)
9. Cooking Oil per Kg Rp23,350/kg (up 1.74%)
10. Chicken Meat per Kg Rp52,850/kg (up 9.65%)
