Food Prices in Central Java, Wednesday (July 3rd): What's the Price of Chicken?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (3/7/2024) at 09.11 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, iodized fine salt, farmer-level corn, garlic bulbs, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, premium rice, medium rice, dry soybean (import), and bulk wheat flour decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most by Rp1,320 (4.04%) to Rp33,980 per kg. The price of simple packaged cooking oil decreased the most by Rp1,120 (6.65%) to Rp15,710 per liter.
