Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Chili Prices Up, Chicken Prices Down (Thursday, March 14, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (14/3/2024) at 13:32 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, chicken eggs, red chilies, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, milkfish, shallots, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp3,790 (6.55%) to Rp61,650 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level decreased the least by Rp130 (1.78%) to Rp7,170 per kg.
