Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Chili Prices Up, Rice Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Saturday (13/7/2024) at 12:06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, mackerel, premium rice, pure beef, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp1,750 (6.52%) to Rp28,610 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry soybean (import) fell the most sharply by Rp200 (1.74%) to Rp11,290 per kg.
