Lampung Food Prices, Sunday (July 14th): Chili Prices Rise, Onion Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Sunday (14/7/2024) at 12:06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, farmer-level corn, broiler chicken meat, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, iodized fine salt, granulated sugar, garlic cloves, and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of skipjack tuna increased the most by Rp400 (1.4%) to Rp29,070 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most sharply by Rp5,270 (18.78%) to Rp22,790 per kg.
