PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) has reshuffled its board of directors and commissioners. Most notably, Bobby Rasyidin has been appointed as the new President Director, replacing Didiek Haryanto.
This change is stipulated in Decree Number SK-224/MBU/08/2025 and SK.039/DI-DAM/DO/2025, issued by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of PT Danantara Asset Management, as shareholders of PT KAI, on August 12, 2025.
"We welcome the new board of commissioners and directors, who will strengthen KAI's efforts in providing the best service and contributing to the advancement of national railway services," said KAI's EVP of Corporate Secretary, Raden Agus Dwinanto Budiadji, in a statement reported by Katadata on Wednesday (August 14, 2025).
Based on the State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Bobby has assets worth Rp37.88 billion (approximately USD 2.4 million) as of the end of 2024.
The majority of his assets consist of land and buildings valued at Rp21.01 billion, comprising nine plots of land and buildings located in East Jakarta, Bandung, Bukittinggi, Padang, Badung, and Australia.
The new KAI President Director is also reported to possess Rp9.02 billion in cash and cash equivalents; Rp4.74 billion in transportation assets; Rp2.44 billion in other movable assets; and Rp1.33 billion in other assets.
Bobby's transportation assets include six vehicles: a BMW 330I (2016), a Mitsubishi Pajero (2019), a Jeep Grand Cherokee Night Eagle (2018), a VW T-Cross (2020), and a Toyota Alphard (2024).
As of the end of 2024, Bobby is recorded as having debts totaling Rp860.02 million. The following is a detailed breakdown of Bobby's assets based on the 2024 KPK LHKPN:
