This is Riduan's Wealth, the New Bank Mandiri Director

Bank Mandiri's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) appointed Riduan as the new president director in early August 2025, replacing Darmawan Junaidi.

Previously, Riduan was appointed as the deputy president director in the March 2025 EGMS. However, he did not assume the position effectively, pending the results of the fit and proper test from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

"This change is part of Bank Mandiri's long-term strategy to strengthen its organizational structure, enhance synergy between functions, and accelerate strategic decision-making," said Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary M. Ashidiq Iswara, as reported by Antara, Monday (4/8/2025).

According to the KPK's State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN), Riduan had assets worth Rp126.89 billion at the end of 2024.

The majority of his assets consist of land and buildings valued at Rp49.1 billion, comprising 12 plots of land and buildings spread across Bekasi, South Jakarta, and Palembang.

He also reportedly owns cash and cash equivalents of Rp42.2 billion; securities worth Rp38.01 billion; transportation assets of Rp3.62 billion; and other movable assets of Rp1.33 billion.

Riduan owns 12 vehicles, consisting of 8 cars and 4 motorcycles. His cars include a Toyota Kijang Innova (2011), Toyota Camry Sedan (2011), Toyota Alphard (2016), Chevrolet (2016), BMW X5 (2020), Mitsubishi Pajero (2022), Wuling Air EV (2022), and Mercedes-Benz E300 (2018).

His motorcycles consist of a Yamaha Xeon (2011), Yamaha NMAX (2016), Yamaha XMAX (2020), and Honda Beat (2024).
