Based on Deloitte's findings in the *2025 Gen Z and Millennial Survey*, for four consecutive years, the cost of living has ranked first among the top concerns of Generation Z (Gen Z) and Millennials globally.

The proportion of global Gen Z with this concern increased from 29% in 2022 to 39% in 2025, similarly, Millennials rose from 36% to 42%.

This Deloitte survey involved 23,482 respondents, comprising 14,751 Gen Z and 8,731 Millennials from 44 countries across North America, Latin America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

The survey was conducted using online interviews from October 25 to December 24, 2024. In addition, qualitative interviews were conducted between December 19, 2024, and January 10, 2025.

Gen Z respondents in this survey were born between January 1995 and December 2006. Millennial respondents were born between January 1983 and December 1994.
