According to data from AItools.xyz, several of the most visited artificial intelligence (AI) websites up to February 2025 have been identified.

ChatGPT, a chatbot AI, holds the top position with 5.2 billion monthly visits. This figure represents a 10.64% increase from January 2025, when it recorded 4.7 billion visits.

No other AI website has surpassed ChatGPT's visit volume. This OpenAI platform, founded by Sam Altman, commands a global market share of 43.16%.

Canva, a design generator AI, ranks second with 996.1 million visits in February 2025. This shows a 12.31% growth from January 2025's 886.9 million visits. Canva's market share is only 8.27%.

This Chinese AI, founded by Liang Wenfeng in 2023, holds a market share of 6.58%.

Below DeepSeek is Google Translate with 623.3 million visits, a 4.79% increase. Its market share is 5.17%. Following are Character AI, Janitor AI, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, completing the top 10 list.
