Third was North Sumatra, with 63,278 cases in 2023. This increased from 36,534 cases in 2021 and 43,555 cases in 2022.

Fourth was West Java Police (Polda Jawa Barat) with 45,694 cases, followed by Central Java Police (Polda Jawa Tengah) with 42,304 cases.

The remaining top 10 include South Sulawesi Police, South Sumatra Police, Lampung Police, Riau Police, and North Sulawesi Police.

The regional police jurisdictions with the lowest number of criminal offenses in Indonesia were North Kalimantan (1,701 cases), Bangka Belitung Islands (2,211 cases), and North Maluku (2,334 cases).
