10 Formula 1 Drivers with the Most World Championships, Lewis Hamilton Leads

According to *Sportingnews*, Lewis Hamilton holds the record for the most Formula 1 (F1) race wins.

Hamilton achieved his first win at the 2007 Canadian Grand Prix. To date, the Mercedes driver has amassed 103 Grand Prix victories in his career.

Michael Schumacher is second with 91 wins. Throughout his career, Schumacher won seven world championships, five of which were consecutive from 2000 to 2004.

Next is Sebastian Vettel of Aston Martin, with a total of 53 wins.

Before joining Aston Martin, Vettel raced for other major teams like Red Bull and Ferrari. However, he retired from F1 in 2022.

Mid-ranking, Max Verstappen recently surpassed Aryton Senna.

The Oracle Red Bull Racing driver dominated the Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring, Spielberg, on July 2, 2023, securing the top spot in every session throughout the race week and winning both the Sprint race and the Grand Prix.

Verstappen now has 43 wins, moving him ahead of Senna in the top five.
