Top 10 Countries with the Most Billionaires in the World, February 2024

Forbes released a list of the world's 2,534 richest people spread across 79 countries in February 2024.

The United States had the highest number of billionaires globally as of Tuesday, February 13, 2024, with 750 billionaires.

In total, the richest individuals in the United States possess US$5.424 trillion (Rp84.581 trillion) in wealth, assuming an exchange rate of Rp15,593/US$ on February 13, 2024.

China followed in second place with 373 billionaires. The total wealth of Chinese billionaires amounted to US$1.252 trillion (Rp19.531 trillion). The wealth of individual Chinese billionaires ranged from US$1.01 billion to US$62.36 billion, equivalent to Rp15.74 trillion to Rp972.47 trillion.

India came next, with 182 billionaires and a combined wealth of US$902.71 billion (Rp14.076 trillion).

Indonesia did not rank among the top 10 countries with the most billionaires. However, Indonesia was ranked 21st with 26 billionaires possessing a collective wealth of US$177.99 billion (Rp2.775 trillion).
