Top 10 Regencies/Cities with the Highest National Single-ID Vaccination Rate (Thursday, March 3, 2022)

The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 334 districts/cities with a first-dose vaccination rate exceeding the national average, currently recorded at 85.82 percent as of Thursday, March 3, 2022.

The top five districts/cities with vaccination rates exceeding 119.68 percent are Samosir (136.79 percent), West Nias (130.86 percent), North Buton (122.51 percent), Humbang Hasundutan (120.1 percent), and Melawi (119.68 percent).

National Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows that first-dose vaccination in most districts/cities outside Java is increasing. A daily increase in first-dose vaccination rates compared to previous days was recorded in 229 districts/cities.

Some of the regions outside Java with the highest first-dose vaccination rates include Samosir (136.79 percent), West Nias (130.86 percent), and North Buton (122.51 percent).

The government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
