Jakarta, DKI Province recorded an increase of 278 Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. This increase is almost double that of the previous day. DKI recorded the highest increase compared to other provinces.
The next five provinces with the highest increases were East Java with 121 cases, Central Java with 116 cases, West Java with 93 cases, and South Sulawesi with 60 cases.
The total increase from the top 10 provinces reached 910 people (74%). The remaining increase in the other 24 provinces was 323 people (26%). Today, 17 provinces recorded a decrease in the number of cases, and 15 provinces experienced an increase.

Indonesia today reported an additional 1,233 positive coronavirus (Covid-19) cases. With this addition of confirmed positive cases, the total number of Covid-19 cases is 4.23 million.
Meanwhile, from yesterday's 21,625 active cases, the number of patients declared recovered today increased by 2,259, and the number of deaths increased by 48.
