The government started promoting the third dose of vaccination across all regions starting January 2022. The latest development in the third dose vaccination rate in South Sulawesi is highest in Pare Pare city, which has now reached 8.09 percent as of Sunday, March 13, 2022.

Previously, the first dose achievement in this city had reached 93.78 percent and the second dose at 74.31 percent. In this region, a total of 202,490 doses have been administered to 114,920 vaccine recipients.

Next is Makassar city, which recorded a vaccination achievement of 7.59 percent. The first dose realization has reached 93.78 percent and the second dose has reached 74.31 percent. Following that, the achievement of the third dose vaccination in other regions are: Soppeng Regency at 5.61 percent, Kepulauan Selayar Regency at 5.45 percent, and North Toraja Regency at 4.49 percent.

Nationally, the third dose vaccination in Indonesia is currently at 7.01 percent. This achievement is 0.02 percent higher than the previous day.

From a target of 208.27 million vaccine recipients, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health dashboard, national vaccination for the first dose has reached 92.86 percent and the second dose at 72.69 percent.
