Indonesia's COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Surpasses 280 Million Doses: What is its Global Ranking?

Indonesia had administered 280 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine by January 1, 2022. According to Our World in Data, this places Indonesia fifth globally.

China remains the leading country in Covid-19 vaccine administration, having administered 2.84 billion doses. India is in second place, with 1.45 billion doses administered.

A total of 507.66 million doses have been administered in the United States. Brazil follows with 331.29 million doses administered.

Japan is below Indonesia, having administered 199.60 million doses. Pakistan has administered 156.62 million doses.

Germany and Mexico have administered 149.47 million and 148.94 million doses respectively. Vietnam has administered 148.20 million doses.
