On Thursday (August 19th), the first phase of vaccination coverage in East Kalimantan province has reached 22.45 percent. This figure includes vaccinations for 645,210 people out of the targeted 2.87 million. Meanwhile, the second phase of vaccination had reached 14.55 percent of the target by yesterday.
Details are as follows: for health workers, with a target of 28,220 people, the first phase achieved 28,220 vaccinations (112.82 percent of the target), and the second phase achieved 105.2 percent, or 29,690 vaccinations.
For public officials, with a target of 284,190 people, the first phase reportedly reached 350,260 vaccinations (123.25 percent of the target), and the second phase achieved 87.78 percent, or 249,450 vaccinations.
For elderly vaccinations, as of Thursday (August 19th), out of a target of 189,530 people, the first phase reportedly reached 49,910 vaccinations (26.33 percent of the target). The second phase reached 21.58 percent, or 40,890 vaccinations.
The third phase of vaccination targets vulnerable members of the general public. Those prioritized are recorded as 1.97 million people. In phase 1, 205,170 vaccinations were reportedly administered (6.88 percent of the target). The second phase reached 3.93 percent, or 94,300 vaccinations.
Another target for phase three is adolescents aged 12-17 years. The target in this group is 397,460 people. The latest data updated yesterday shows that 8,034 people received the first phase vaccination (2.02 percent of the target). The second phase reached 1.02 percent, or 4,037 vaccinations.
