This figure is equivalent to 1.71 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 56.1 percent of the target as of yesterday.
Based on target groups, the details of the COVID-19 vaccination in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 20,440 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 20,440 people (128.56 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 122.55 percent or 25,050 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 247,010 people. The first dose vaccination has reportedly reached 166,460 people (67.39 percent of the target), and the second dose has reached 58.21 percent, or 143,780 people.
The elderly target is 157,300 people. For the first dose, 93,480 people have received the vaccine (59.43 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 36.4 percent, or 57,260 people.
The target for vulnerable members of the general public is 1.28 million people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been given to 978,120 people (77.88 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 50.25 percent, or 625,840 people.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 296,410 people. For the first dose, 264,990 people have received the vaccine (89.4 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 61 percent, or 180,820 people.
