- DKI Jakarta recorded 612 new cases
DKI Jakarta is ranked first. The increase in cases here is recorded at 612 cases, or a 0.05 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which has reached 1.24 million. With this addition, the total number of cases in DKI Jakarta is now 1.24 million.
Unfortunately, in addition to recording a high number of new cases, DKI Jakarta also recorded five deaths. Thus, the total number of deaths during the Covid-19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta has reached 15,179. The seven-day positive rate is at 4.26 percent, and the BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) for Covid-19 hospitals is reported to be seven percent.
- West Java recorded 342 new cases
Next is West Java. The increase in Covid-19 cases here is 342 cases. The seven-day positive rate in this region is recorded at 4.62 percent. In an effort to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people tested for Covid-19 in this province is recorded at 113.92 per week.
- Banten recorded 199 new cases
The third highest increase in cases is in Banten. In this province, the increase in cases today is 199 cases, or a 0.07 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which is recorded at 289,670. The seven-day positive rate in Banten is 4.4 percent, while the development of the BOR for Covid-19 hospitals is reported to be seven percent.
- East Java recorded 140 new cases
The fourth highest increase in cases is in East Java. In this province, the increase in cases today is 140 cases, or a 0.02 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which is recorded at 573,560.
Unfortunately, in addition to recording a high number of new cases, East Java also recorded 12 deaths. Thus, the total number of deaths during the Covid-19 pandemic in East Java has reached 31,430. - Central Java recorded 110 new cases

- West Kalimantan recorded 97 new cases
The sixth highest increase in cases is in West Kalimantan. The seven-day positive rate in West Kalimantan is 9.01 percent, while the development of the BOR for Covid-19 hospitals is reported to be 12 percent.
- Yogyakarta recorded 67 new cases

- Bali recorded 60 new cases

- Lampung recorded 42 new cases
Lampung is ranked ninth. The increase in Covid-19 cases here is 42 cases. The seven-day positive rate in this region is recorded at 3.65 percent. In an effort to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people tested for Covid-19 in this province is recorded at 10.63 per week.
- South Sulawesi recorded 25 new cases
The tenth highest increase in cases is in South Sulawesi. In this province, the increase in cases today is 25 cases, or a 0.02 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which is recorded at 143,230.
Meanwhile, the number of deaths today in South Sulawesi is recorded as one. Thus, the total number of deaths during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Sulawesi has reached 2,468.
The trend of case development in this region over the past week has decreased. This condition can be seen from the lower confirmation rate per 100,000 population compared to last week.
Similarly, the positive rate in this region is recorded as lower than before. According to the Ministry of Health, the BOR for Covid-19 hospitals in this province is recorded at four percent.
