Several districts/cities in Bali province still record a relatively low second-dose vaccination rate compared to other areas. Some of these districts/cities include Buleleng, Karangasem, and Bangli regencies.
As of yesterday's data, in the vaccination program, these three regencies have only completed 1.04 million second doses out of the targeted 1.2 million vaccine recipients.
Buleleng Regency is ranked first in terms of low vaccination rates. As of yesterday, the second-dose vaccination in this region has reached 84.54 percent, the lowest among the nine other districts/cities. Meanwhile, the first dose has reached 95.41 percent, or 1.33 million vaccine recipients.
The vaccination program in this regency targets 615,180 participants. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Buleleng was 1,100 participants. Currently, the available vaccine stock is 22,680 doses.
Next is Karangasem Regency. For the second dose, this region has the second-lowest rate. With a target of 379,920 vaccine recipients, 88.29 percent or 335,410 recipients have been vaccinated.
The first dose has reached 101.98 percent, or 886,350 vaccine recipients. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Karangasem was 518 participants. Currently, the available vaccine stock is 16,200 doses.
Bangli Regency is ranked third. With a target of 205,250 vaccine recipients, 88.55 percent or 181,750 recipients have received the second dose. According to the Ministry of Health's data, the average vaccination rate last week in Bangli was 1,320 participants. Currently, the available vaccine stock is 11,190 doses.
Regarding the provincial-level vaccination achievement, the total first-dose vaccination in Bali has reached 116.58 percent, or 3.97 million vaccine recipients. The second dose has reached 107.01 percent, covering 3.64 million vaccine recipients.
