Pematangsiantar City ranked first with the highest weekly hospital inpatient use at 7.28 patients per 100,000 population/week. The weekly hospital inpatient use in this city has not shown improvement, as it increased compared to the previous week, which recorded 4.6 patients per 100,000 population/week.
The same condition occurred in Medan City, which recorded a weekly hospital inpatient use of 2.27 patients per 100,000 population/week. This figure is lower than the previous week's 3.13 patients per 100,000 population/week. Next is Pakpak Bharat. This city in North Sumatra Province recorded a weekly hospital inpatient use of 1.9 patients per 100,000 population/week.
Tebing Tinggi City and Samosir are next, with recorded weekly hospital inpatient use of 1.76 patients per 100,000 population/week and 1.57 patients per 100,000 population/week, respectively.
Nationally, the average weekly hospital inpatient use across the 34 provinces is now showing a decrease compared to the previous week, which was at 2.04 patients per 100,000 population/week.
