Based on the national Covid-19 data recapitulation, 137 regencies/cities aggressively conducted Covid-19 tests above the national average. Data as of Monday, March 20, 2023, shows a national average of 0.25 tests per 1,000 people per week.

The top five, starting from the highest, are Halmahera Tengah, Indragiri Hulu, Balikpapan City, Central Jakarta City, and Purwakarta, with respective figures of 5.69, 2.88, 2.4, 2.35, and 2.18 tests per 1,000 people per week.

Halmahera Tengah ranks first. With a population of 59,226, the number of people tested here is recorded at 5.69 per 1,000 people per week. The latest positive rate is 0 percent. The positive rate in this region has decreased compared to the previous week's percentage.

Next is Indragiri Hulu. The population in this region is recorded at 453,480. In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people tested was 2.88 per 1,000 people per week. The positive rate in this region is recorded at 0 percent, also down compared to the previous week's ratio.

Then, Balikpapan City recorded 2.4 tests per 1,000 people per week, Central Jakarta City recorded 2.35 tests per 1,000 people per week, and Covid-19 testing in Purwakarta recorded 2.18 per 1,000 people per week.
