This figure is equivalent to 1.89 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.45 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 52.4 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 24,600 participants. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 24,600 people (112.16 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 107.64 percent or 26,470 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 225,260 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 162,350 people (72.07 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 64.57 percent, or 145,460 people.
The elderly target was 196,630 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 110,330 people (56.11 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 36.96 percent, or 72,670 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 1.37 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 1.13 million people (86.72 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 56.83 percent, or 725,180 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 314,610 people. For the first dose, 258,380 people were vaccinated (82.13 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 54.93 percent, or 172,810 people.
