Bandung City ranks first with the highest number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases, at 3.46 per 100,000 people per week. The number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in this city shows no improvement, having increased compared to the previous week, which recorded three cases per 100,000 people per week.
The same condition occurs in Bekasi City, which recorded three weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people. In this city, the number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases is also higher than the previous week, which was only 2.74 cases per 100,000 people per week. Depok City follows, recording 2.48 weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people.
Cimahi City and Bogor City are next, recording 2.28 and 1.86 weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people per week, respectively.
Nationally, the average number of weekly confirmed positive COVID-19 cases across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week, which was only 0.31 cases per 100,000 people per week.
