The five regencies/cities with the highest number of agglomeration deaths due to Covid-19, exceeding 0.12 per 100,000 population per week, are Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir, Palangkaraya City, Ogan Ilir, Temanggung, and Ngawi, with respective values of 0.5 per 100,000 population per week, 0.33 per 100,000 population per week, 0.22 per 100,000 population per week, 0.13 per 100,000 population per week, and 0.12 per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows a decrease in the number of agglomeration deaths due to Covid-19 in most regencies/cities outside Java. Zero regencies/cities recorded a higher daily number of agglomeration deaths due to Covid-19 than previously, while two regencies/cities recorded a lower number.
Areas outside Java with the highest number of agglomeration deaths due to Covid-19 include Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir, Palangkaraya City, and Ogan Ilir, with respective numbers of 0.5 per 100,000 population per week, 0.33 per 100,000 population per week, and 0.22 per 100,000 population per week.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
