According to *The Family Vacation Guide*, Indonesia's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is among the most family-friendly airports in 2023.
*The Family Vacation Guide* assessed 77 of the world's largest international airports, analyzing their quality for families.
This analysis was based on several indicators, including on-time performance, flight cancellation rates, family dining options, family activities, and WiFi availability.
Soekarno-Hatta Airport achieved a score of 9.87 out of 10, ranking it as the 8th most family-friendly airport globally in 2023.
Based on the assessment indicators, Soekarno-Hatta Airport boasts 92 family dining options, unlimited WiFi, and 45 airport activities for families.
Mexico City International Airport (Mexico) and John F. Kennedy International Airport (USA) tied for first place this year, both achieving a score of 9.87 points.
"Mexico City International Airport received the highest score due to its low cancellation rate (1.30%) and comprehensive list of activities," wrote *The Family Vacation Guide* in its report.
The Mexican airport offers 74 family activities, including beds for babies and tired mothers.
Similarly, John F. Kennedy International Airport has a low cancellation rate of only 1.60%.
JFK also offers 108 family-friendly amenities, including a spa and children's play area.
