Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 20,440 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 20,440 people (123.81 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 115.27 percent or 23,560 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 247,010 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 237,130 people (96 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 71.28 percent, or 176,060 people.
The elderly target was 157,300 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 20,950 people (13.32 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 7.88 percent, or 12,400 people.
The vulnerable general public target was 1.28 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 351,870 people (28.88 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 15.04 percent, or 176,650 people.
