By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 49,010 recipients. For the first dose, 49,010 people were vaccinated (124.22% of the target), and for the second dose, 117.77% or 57,720 people were vaccinated.
For public sector workers, the target was 439,480 people. The first dose vaccination reached 627,460 people (142.77% of the target), and the second dose reached 126.77% or 557,120 people.
For the elderly, the target was 597,070 people. The first dose was administered to 251,540 people (42.13% of the target). The second dose reached 24.02% or 143,390 people.
For the vulnerable general public, the target was 4.37 million people. The first dose was administered to 2.15 million people (50.03% of the target). The second dose reached 24.45% or 1.04 million people.
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 846,680 people. The first dose was administered to 646,960 people (76.41% of the target). The second dose reached 50.66% or 428,910 people.
