Makassar City ranked first with the highest weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate at 8.08 patients per 100,000 population/week. The weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate in this city shows no improvement, having increased compared to the previous week's figure of 5.6 patients per 100,000 population/week.
A similar situation occurred in Tana Toraja, which recorded a weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate of 4.98 patients per 100,000 population/week. This city also saw a higher weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate compared to the previous week's figure of 2.9 patients per 100,000 population/week. Palopo City followed, recording a weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate of 3.67 patients per 100,000 population/week.
Luwu Timur and North Toraja followed, recording weekly hospital inpatient utilization rates of 3.25 patients per 100,000 population/week and 2.51 patients per 100,000 population/week, respectively.
Nationally, the average weekly hospital inpatient utilization rate across the 34 provinces is currently on an upward trend compared to the previous week's figure of 1.89 patients per 100,000 population/week.
