This figure is equivalent to 1.4 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 2.04 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination coverage reached 42.17 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 19,930 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 19,930 people (124.55 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 120.7 percent or 24,050 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 198,970 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 257,950 people (129.64 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 115.2 percent, or 229,220 people.
The elderly target was 141,020 people. For the first dose, 70,580 people were vaccinated (50.05 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 32.14 percent, or 45,320 people.
The target for the vulnerable general public was 1.39 million people. For the first dose, 791,670 people were vaccinated (61.04 percent of the target). The second dose reached only 29.52 percent, or 359,160 people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 283,580 people. For the first dose, 201,010 people were vaccinated (70.89 percent of the target). The second dose reached 52.52 percent, or 148,930 people.
