Vaccination Update in South Sumatra, Data as of Friday, July 8, 2022

As of Friday, July 8, 2022, South Sumatra Province has achieved a 95.92% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 6.05 million of the 6.3 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 76.72% of the target.

By target group, the COVID-19 vaccination details in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 49,010 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 49,010 individuals (125.68% of the target), and the second dose reached 122.31% or 59,940 individuals.

For public sector workers, the target was 439,480 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 507,580 individuals (115.5% of the target), and the second dose reached 106.83% or 469,490 individuals.

The elderly target was 597,070 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 447,680 individuals (74.98% of the target), while the second dose reached 56.55% or 337,620 individuals.

The target for vulnerable members of the general public was 4.37 million individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 3.42 million individuals (78.99% of the target), while the second dose reached 61.13% or 2.64 million individuals.

For adolescents aged 12-17 years, the target was 846,680 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 815,600 individuals (96.33% of the target), while the second dose reached 80.99% or 685,730 individuals.
